Choose between two attractive tariff models: Flex and Flat. With Flex, you pay for the usage on a daily basis, while with Flat you pay a fixed monthly amount.

Shipping and provision of a high-quality 4G router for just 9,90 € plus a deposit of 90 €, which will be refunded when you terminate the contract and return the router. With the Flex tariff, there is a monthly basic fee of 7,90 € plus 2,90 € per day of usage, up to a maximum total monthly amount of 49,90 €. A data volume of 300 GB per month is included. With the Flat tariff, a monthly fee of 39,90 € is charged and the available data volume is 600 GB per month. The billing month is always the calendar month. 12-month minimum term. All prices incl. VAT.

What is homespot?
homespot is the fast broadband Internet access via the 4G mobile network for all of Spain.
How long does it take to set up Internet?
With homespot via 4G, no installation is required. We will send you the router already pre-configured. After plugging it in, you can start surfing immediately – without a technician.
What speeds does homespot offer?
Via the 4G mobile network, speeds of a maximum of 100 Mbps can be achieved. This mobile solution thus offers a user experience that is much better than an ADSL connection and comparable to a fibre connection.
Is there a data limit?
With daily billing, the data volume is a generous 300 GB per month and with the fixed amount even 600 GB per month. This is more than enough for the average user.
How quickly can you ship the 4G router?
The 4G router will be shipped with DHL Express. Shipping takes 1 to 3 days for Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and Europe and between 2 and 7 days for the Canary Islands due to customs there. At the moment of dispatch you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number. This allows you to check the status of your parcel at any time. Please be aware that due to the Brexit there is no shipping to the United Kingdom.
What is the contract term?
homespot has a minimum contract term of 12 months and can be cancelled at any time with 14 days’ notice to the end of the month.
How is payment made?
You can conveniently make your payments by using your credit or debit card (VISA and Mastercard). Your card details will be used for both the initial fee and the ongoing monthly fees.
